The web platform is accessible to inexperienced web users: an employee logs onto a website and fills out a questionnaire about their general well-being based on several symptoms. Then they’re given a drop-down list of all their colleagues to choose those with who they have physically interacted with. The customer classified the interaction into 3 categories: located in the same room, walked past each other, and physical contact such as shaking hands.
