How Unique Technologies Came To Be
2003
In 2003, Central Asia wasn’t seen as a global software hub. The talent was there, but the track record wasn’t.
Azis Abakirov built Unique Technologies to change that. He focused on structure, process, and long-term partnerships that let strong engineers deliver consistently.
Unique Technologies grew one project at a time, proving a simple point: quality isn’t about location. It’s about standards.
2005-2010
Japan became a turning point. Japanese partners needed reliable delivery, with high standards for communication, documentation, and process.
Meeting those standards forced us to level up. We made decisions traceable, communication proactive, and delivery predictable even in complex projects.
What started as a requirement became our default. Today, we use the same disciplined approach with every client.
2010-present
Success in Japan opened doors across Asia, then Europe, then North America. We adapted to each market without losing what defines UT: Central Asian engineering talent, Japan-trained delivery discipline, and clear accountability.
